I have done a lot of shopping online and have never had such a disturbing, dishonest experience with any other company. I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company and also with the Attorney General's Office in Oregon. I am going to send fraud reports to every state's attorney general connected with this product. This product appeared to be in a Rachael Ray web site. They certainly sell the right product because they belong in the sewer. I was also charged $88 and cannot get through on their phone line.
