Cancel still sending and charging

I requested an example for analysis, charged $2.79.inside a couple of days I acquired another purchase and that I was billed @88.00. I named the above mentioned quantity and spoke to "Cindy". She said she'd stop. A couple of days later I acquired another container and billed another $88.00. I named the above mentioned quantity again which is currently disconnected.
