I ordered a free trail of acai pure which I had to pay s&h. About a week after I starting using the product it didn't agree with me. I called customer service to inform them that I didn't want to continue recieving the product. They said no problem. The rep on the other end apparently didn't process correctly because I recieved the charge on my credit card which I am disputing. The 800# I called is no longer in service and I can't get in contact to correct my concerns. I don't want to go through this every month. I did read the terms & agreement however I was within the time frame to cancel. The same way a consumer is willing to try is the same way a product should be cancelled when you follow proceedure to cancel. Its a waste of time when you have to keep doing the same thing over when you followed the instructions to begind with
