On 3/23/09 while I had been outoftown on holiday in California I noticed an offer to get a free one month test of Acai Berries Cleansing, plus delivery. I viewed the whole website and about the cost site for that trial it stated I'd a "RISK-FREE 30-Day Cash Back Guarantee" easily wasn't thrilled. Used to do not return home until 3/30/09 and didn't get the item till I returned home. I'd pre-planned surgery on 4/9/09 and I was unable to start using the product to begin to judge it until 4/18/09. I observed on my charge card statement that I employed for cost of the delivery costs that I'd been charged $87.13 on 4/7/09 for the product! This cost to my charge card bill was CREATED BEFORE I really could have fairly had any chance for my 14-day analysis, and undoubtedly before my one month RISK-FREE interval had terminated! I named them on 4/20/09 and instantly ended my consideration, and required a credit back again to my charge card for that $87.13 billed towards the account on 4/7/09. The individual I talked with suggested he might place in a a reimbursement, but couldn't 'promise' I'd obtain one. I requested to consult with his boss, but he explained the discounts were managed from the 'refund division' and that I might call-back and consult with them in about 3 times to confirm the standing of the reimbursement. I recommended him to create a notation to my consideration that used to do not accept this cost and I had been challenging a complete reimbursement and, if that didn't happen, I had been arguing this cost with my charge card business. This location is just a total fraud and that I might need others to not utilize their item. Their marketing regarding duty for potential funds is deceptive and it is available to many interpretations. Clearly, they find the 'meaning' which was most beneficial to them!!
