I went in to get my hair colored, the operator was on her cell phone most of the time. I noticed there was no license on her work station. I asked about it she said that she was using the business licenses and that i didn't have to worry. To make a long story short she completely misses up my hair and they charged me $99.37 for a serves and for a hair cut that just is the worst hair cut in the world. She did not listen to what i wanted and i am the one that has to pay the price it is just horrible. I did tell them that i was unhappy right after the services. I did go back the following day because i just could not stand it, they were total unprofessional, i told the owner she was about the only one that spoke english i toldher about my experience and the service. And i needed them to fix my hair. Well they treated me bad. They all speak spanish and they talked about me the whole time. Anyways the problem is they are operating there business with not certified operators, they are mocking there customers they are wearing open toe shoes and they work stations are not clean nor are they labled. That day that i was there State Board was there talking to the same opeartor that had done my hair in fact she is not licenced. Is there anything that i can do. I am out $100.00 and the operatior should not be working on anybodys hair and much less charing good money..
