Tried to cancel the order and they keep taking money from my account

I requested a path of the item. I attempted to stop the merchandise simply to discover they've obtained cash out-of my bill twice for items that I've delivered. How do you get my money-back There's no live person who you are able to keep in touch with they usually send one to the web page and there to nobody reacts. I'd like my 160.00 back. Do I've to consider them to small-claims judge or what're we do-do like a customer?
