On Nov. 2nd I ordered via e-mail a free bottle of acai noni product. I agreed to pay the shipping/handling fee of $4.95. After receiving the product and trying it, I called to cancel my order. I found that I had been charged $79.99 for the account. This unauthorized charge appeared before I had even had a chance to enjoy my free trial and decide if I wanted to continue the supplement. I decided to call and cancel my order and complained that I did not wish to have a membership. After an employee told me I should have read the information on the webpage, I asked to speak with a supervisor. He was not much better and was not very happy but agreed to cancel my order

The next three months I continued to get unauthorized charges in the amount of $19.95. I finally got in touch with someone (Ron/Lacy) who explained that the charge was for a "companion package" that I agreed to when I ordered the Acai noni product. When I explained that I had cancelled that back in December, they stated that I needed to call a different number to cancel the companion package. Very frustrating;by this time I knew something fishy was going on so I continued to complain that this was a decietful practice. If I order something, I should not have to call two numbers from two different companies to cancel. I am very unhappy with this rip-off as they seem to have covered themselves by saying that they cannot refund any money because they don't have any way of knowing if I used the online services provided by the "companion package" or not.
