Not receiving trial offers and additioal charges to my credit card

I've delivered 3 purchases by email for trial presents, haven't received one order and today there currently delivering and getting to my charge card extra products without my acceptance. Icall and phone, can't-get thru or leave a note with not really the curtosy of the return phone. I am not paying these charges and sending the merchandise back and can decline anymore. Can't-get thru to even obtain a return authorization and frankly my time is equally as important as yours. I anticipate many of these charges to be refunded back to my creditcard co. Immedialy. This really is only a ripoff
