Never recieved products

I placed an order for bath products on December 23 and STILL have not received my shipment! I have tried to contact Perlier multiple times through email and phone messages and they refuse to respond to my complaints. This experience has been absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER order from their company again. They don't care if you receive your product, as long as they have their cash!!!
