Gharges not authorized

I requested a totally free way to obtain this procduct to test. They are in possession of charged me twice without my agreement for 82.37. I'd informed my charge card supplier about the first cost and today they've charged me another. I attempted to get hold of them to no avail. How do you get these costs to prevent?
