I named to come back item (unopened & still covered). It was a second cargo that I did so NOT understand was returning. They'd take my returning the merchandise but wouldn't return the cost ($84.79) on my charge card. Stated there is no boss to keep in touch with and nothing I really could do about this.
Someone must arrest them!
