JTV offers no tracking figures, but merely directs jewelry through the Postal Service as though they truly are sending a notice! I requested a band, that has not appeared after almost 14 days. After I named, I had been informed that I've to hold back 21 times to document a state, after which watch for the paperwork to become prepared BEFORE my reimbursement. There might be no alternative since the band comes out. Despite the fact that our normal correspondence provider is on holiday and email has been shipped improperly, JTV alleged Customer Support won't do something on my account before 21 times whenever we BEGIN processing the statements.
