I named Kay and she offered me the runaround and stated it had been arriving plus some of it had been on backorder. I never received anything. I named Lia Sophia plus they confirmed nothing more requested for me personally except what I'd previously received. Lastly after talking to Tracy at Lia Sophia, I ultimately did receive some cash back that I'd taken care of my material. Our mother-in-law and my grandmother never got thier jewlery possibly, as well as wound up obtaining a return.
