Unauthorized use of my visa card

I approved a "delivery cost" for that free-trial present, on 11/22/08, then on 12/10/08 they'd $87.13 billed to my Credit card from GA and received no item. The telephone number about the cost claims the mail is complete and it is no further operating. Any help eliminate this could be excellent! I'm arguing this withdrawl with my bank
