Unauthorized charge

I ordered the sample of Acai Berry for $1.00 and then received another bottle and was charged $83.91. Nowhere on there site did I read that this would happen. There also was no phone number on the site, my first shipment, or the first charge on my bank statement. The only time I saw the phone number was on the second charge on my statement.By the time I was able to phone them, they told me it was too late to get my money back. What a rip off!!
