Myhusband bought this band Nov... I started to discover a shade change after I'd the Zales individuals deliver it down to get a dimension. It's white-gold also it began displaying a orange shade about 12 months before. I mentioned anything to my spouse and he couldn't view it. But, I'm a ladies and love fairly jewerly therefore, I had been difitenly realizing it. I introduced the issue up in the shop and also the supervisor stated it must be delivered down and also have it finished etc. She delivered it down also it required 3 months to obtain it back but, she stated she delivered it elsewhere (since it wasn't completed right) and thus it didn't return from that location for over per week after I'd another visist together with her. I acquired it today plus one of the diamonds in not focused where it ought to be... It was not in this way till it'd be sent of the Lawton retailer towards the restoration shop after which sent towards the 2nd repair center. I really like this band w ut, the support isn't any great. I likely to be approached before it had been sent the 2nd period. Somebody isn't performing their work... After paying means over $10,000 with Zales since July 1982 I'm like they're getting me without any consideration, nor enjoy great clients. And that I was advised that I'd need to purchase the sizing... What's the offer there. Would you need everybody to cover sizing??? I never understood that... If you like to market anything you've to possess it measured to suit the clients hand. What's happend to great support for that which you purchase???
