No authorization to withdraw from acct

I love everyone was mis informed we believed we were obtaining a test item plus they started removing from my acct without agreement. Whenever you try to obtain a your hands on the organization the telephone # isn't worthwhile. They withdrew $ 79.95 twice from my acct. We've to complete anything about that!
