I ordered a trial they charged me for extra stuff. I have attempted to call everyday for 2 weeks and it always says they cant take messages right now. I have sent tons of emails and after 2 weeks i still havent recieved anything (ad said 1 week) to even be able to send back which is what my cc company said i have to do... The sad thing is i would love to try some of their other products but not if this is how they run business: (
