Similar complaint as everyone else. I finally called my bank to place a dispute.
I had ordered a trial bottle of colon smart, not seeing any information regarding memberships. Today i received in the mail a new bottle and found that i had been billed 89.31 for a months supply. The info in THAT box said to call 1-877-350-8514 to cancel, and like everyone else, it was either busy or i sat on hold indefinitely. When I called my bank they had a different number that i was able to actually get ahold of someone. When i mentioned the numerous complaints, the rep simply stated that they were all people that were 'pissed' because they didn't read the obvious membership info about having to cancel within 14 days. If that was really there, then the number they give u purposely puts you on hold indefinitely so that you get sick of waiting and put off calling them, or give up.
Scam is an understatement.
