Charged my account without my knowledge. I only ordered the free sample for ten days

I obtained free examples of a number of diet products. I settled the delivery plus they delivered the test. Examples came rapidly in unmarked cover without any info at-all with no return address. The following point I understand is I'm being billed every month for every item, how do I get my money-back and prevent this method. It was marketed online with Oraph's label connected. Thank you
