Ordered Trail for 4.95 now am being charged 74.76

I requested their 4.95 10-day test, no idication of getting to complete something until I needed to carry on about the plant. Today I'm obtaining a cost for 74.76 cost every month without any item visiting my home. Their site claims the ongoing deliveries are 19.99. They'll not provide me my cash back.
