Guess i am among hundreds or thousands to be billed for $19.95 and getting nothing but ripped off on an unauthorized transaction. For other's info: telephone numbers are changed daily, web site contact is useless, fax numbers will not answer. Take my advice and use only phone, fax or snail mail to legitimate companies in the future. I will. $200 has taught me a hard earned lesson. Why doesn't elder abuse, better business bureaus get into this? Would someone like to file a class action law suit? Are you listening, tort lawyers!
