I bought 2 mannequins from Jim Warren and when I got them the makeup was not the same as the picture he provides. He said he would pick them up and refund. Needless to say that did not happen. I had to open Paypal dispute and returned them at my cost. Still after 2 weeks has not refunded and had to escalate the claim. I am glad I had a signature confirmation. This company very shady I am so sorry I ran across them. The mannequins do not look like the photos they look like they were painted in some sweat shop somewhere.
This is a company to stay away from if you do not like what he sends he will not stand behind his mercandise. I would keep moving or you may be his next victim
