I bought 2 mannequins from Jim Warren and when I got them the makeup was not the same as the picture he provides. He said he would pick them up and refund. Needless to say that did not happen. I had to open a PayPal dispute and returned them at my cost. Still, after 2 weeks, he has not refunded me and I had to escalate the claim. I am glad I had a signature confirmation. This company is very shady. I am so sorry I ran across them. The mannequins do not look like the photos. They look like they were painted in some sweat shop somewhere.
This is a company to stay away from. If you do not like what he sends, he will not stand behind his merchandise. I would keep moving, or you may be his next victim.
