I was contacted by Ravi from the company Madhu Indian Hair. I found them through IndiaMART. I sent them funds and told them exactly the kind of product I wanted to purchase. I did not get what I paid for. Instead I got dry hair packets with different curl patterns and sizes. This company did not even take the time to send what I purchased. It took them over a week to send that. When I kept emailing about where my product was and got no response, I mentioned going to the DGFT, etc. in order to recoup my funds. Then they sent the poor-quality product the next day. Upon arrival of it I demanded an immediate refund. Of course I am getting nowhere with that. Instead they are requesting, at more cost to me, that I send their product back, and that once they receive the tracking number they will give an immediate refund plus $25.00 for shipping.
Are these people crazy? They think I am going to spend another dime sending their product back so they can let it sit in customs and I have no money or product. Do they think I trust them at this point?
They do not have the products they advertise on their website. They have no lace front wigs but it is on their website. I was told by Ravi that they do not sell lace front wigs, but they surely have it as a product on their site. At this point they are just taking people's money.
I wanted a natural curl pattern. Not a created steamed curl or what have you. Instead I got dried hair with different curl patterns, different lengths and textures. A totally unusable mess!
Do not buy from these sellers or use IndiaMART. Beware and avoid. Save your coins. Time to stop sending these people money by Western Union as well. If a company does not want to deal in PayPal or credit cards, avoid them at all cost and find someone who does.
