A "manager" named Brittany at the NYC Midtown center refuses to schedule any appointments for me or even let me order hair. She blocked my account from other employees so that only she can see my information and refuses to call me back. She left me a nasty voice mail accusing me of missing an appointment, when her own employees cancelled it two hours before I was supposed to be there. They repeatedly cancel my appointments and she is behind this. I paid for a gold member ship in April and have only gotten one new piece of hair. I spent $3600 and have NOT gotten my money;s worth. Next stop is the BBB.
