On December 12 I attended th hair club orientation. After the orientation I decided hair replacement was the right choice for me. An appointment was scheduled for February 12. I arrived for the scheduled appointment and I also had an friend who was interested in hair replacement I had sign the contract that stated " If you are not satisfy with your head of hair we will refund 50% of your money". After carefully listening to Ericka give the presentation to my friend, I decided this was not for me. Ericka gave me totally different information then my original appointment and she also quoted a different price to my friend and me. Hair Club didn't sell me any product or put any hair in my head, they did take a sample of my hair from my head. I call the next day and spoke with Erick and advised her of my decision to cancel and my reason. She informed me to put it in writing and fax it to her. The manager of Hair Club Alexander Gonzales left messages on my answering machine first stating he would refund 50% of the money then he called again and refused any monies back to the credit cards. I have the tape recorded statement.
