Never recived pacage: and unable to confirm location

I absolutely dislike this system! I called customer service and they never transfer you to a representative! Also they were unable to confirm a were my pakage even with the tracking number! Horrible customer service I'm most definately going through UPS next time never a problem with them and they always have someone other than an electronic system to help you with any problems!
