Very Light Natural Blonde 100 - loreal paris fèria hairdye

I dyed my hair with L'Oreal Fèria very light natural blonde. I left it in for 30 minutes and rinsed it out properly and used the conditioner. My roots are now very light blonde but the rest of my hair isn't. I've used other blonde dyes that have worked great but this one didn't. I'm very unhappy with the results.
