I just registered with Planet Fitness in Rivonia 2 weeks ago. First of all it took 2 hours to complete a simple form on-line. It infuriated me that the Sales Consultant could not understand the system. What should have been 30 minutes turned in to 2 hours and then the Sales Consultant did not do something right and he wanted to drag me back to the desk to correct his mistake!!! Luckily the Branch Manager intervened and at least I could go. One good thing about Rivonia Branch is the Manager. He is good. His staff needs discipline thought! Yesterday I get a phone call from Planet Fitness to say the debited me with over R2000.00 too much. Today when I call to query this I was told they could not find me on their system yet they could deduct money from my account. I%u2019m now wondering whether I%u2019ve done the right thing considering that I%u2019ve not gone to the gym yet and already I have problems I wonder how the fact the there %u201Cgates%u201D to get access to the gym floor is going to affect my membership as I have to attend a certain amount of times for the year? How are they going to keep track?
