This is the first Groupon offer I've taken up and I will NEVER use Groupon again. This offer is a complete misrepresentation. It was not a spa-it was a pub with a swimming pool which was very basic. The changing rooms were disgusting and dirty. The toilets were dirty and unhygenic. The "spa" room was beyond basic and again dirty and unhygenic (stains on the beds). The treatments were basic and were not proper or professional. Lt is not a spa as described but a pub with an upstairs room which could be laughing be called a spa. Do not believe what Brampton Manor say on their website-they should be sued under the trades descripton act and I can't believe that Groupon associate themselves with this type of business. So Groupon have lost a customer for good and hopefully Brampton Manor will not be allowed to con other people should they read this review before they book.
