PAIGE, scalped me! Went back to have manager fix it but by then it was less than a 1/4" of hair on the sides of my head. Fresh color they did all cut out had to recolor. Although not charged for 2nd visit still was charged for 1st visit and now two tips! Wearing a hat the past two weeks from embarassment, will need to wear it at least another two! How upsetting! Not quality trained stylist and poor customer service skills. Very unhappy, calling board of cosmetology! Scalped! And what was left was all crooked and uneven!
