I bought this eyeliner for the first time, last Mon. Evening... Dec 31st from CVS, because my old liner ran out and I was getting ready to go out for New Years Eve. Due to the special night ahead, I went WAY OUT and bought L'Oreal 's Eyeliner, and paid almost double the price I normally spend on this product... L'Oreal costed $11.99 for 0.008 oz. Ok. Whatever... As long as it is a good product... It is fine. I opened the package and the "mechanical" pencil eyeliner was not a sharp point but a messy glump of eyeliner at the applicator site!!! Cleaned it up, tried to fix, sharpen... No good. I had clumps of eyeliner on my eyelids and hands. I tried it again the next day and same horror. Well... This morning, WEDNESDAY AM... I pushed up the applicator and it was EMPTY!!! Are ;you kidding me? $12 for this!!! It is an absolute disgrace for a name brand, such as L'Oreal, to sell such CRAP! I have the receipt, but CVS cant take back used make-up! What does L'Oreal intend to do about this? I am DESERVING of some kind of refund or replacement product! I wouldnt expect this from the Dollar-Store brand of eyeliner... I had to leave early for work, stop at CVS and buy Maybelline...$5.87 and it was fine!!! What does L'Oreal have to say about this product? I cant give the pkg info because I threw it away... Like the LOT # etc. But, I do have the eyeliner and my receipt. Awaiting an answer. Thank y
