I ordered a gift for my mother in PA on Thursday, the website switched the address to the billing address and not hers. When I tried to call to get it switched to her address, I realized there is absolutely no contact number, only a fill out email and says will get response in 24 hours. I emailed three times an no response. It will be Mothers day in one day, and I am not sure where my product is being shipped. Or, If it will be shipped at all. Our credit card was charged, I am waiting until this evening to see if it came to our house, I am disappointed that I could not send it to my mother by mothers day, especially after paying 103.00 for the product. I do not like how I did not get a response, even after threatening to cancel the transaction on my credit card. if you did not order yet, do NOT!!!!! go somewhere else! I ordered a back up flower from pro flowers, and it got to her in two days and paid less.
