Poughkeepsie ny store needs some revamping of its cashiers and their confusing fight causing system of one very very long line going into 2 cashiers. Are your customers suppose to guess.? I went to the shorter line. And got yelled at by an old bat saying the one line was splitting into 2 cashiers. Well this old bat yelled at 3 grown women. And proceeded to hold up the one cashier gabbing on her cell phone and going off for forgotten items... What the heck is this. It just tells the REST OF US. Regulars. How much you dont give one crap about us... Didnt apologize when i told your idiot cashier what was going on. And proceeded to tell the dummy to let the manager know. And id be writing this up. Well darling. I am writting it up. As usual the direct emails to your crappy district manger go unanswered yet again. The last time was over a seahorse dying. I bought 2 one lived one didnt. And the policy of no refunds on a sick rotten animal stinks. That one is still alive in my tank. So it tells me you sold me a sick lousy animal... So now fix your crap or ill say some more. Thats if i ever go there again. New pet store in the south hills mall... Im sure theyll be happy to have my... Extreme business... Yep extreme... Ive spent enough money in your store... To be treated differently... Even your penny customers should be treated with utmost respect... Retrain your crappy employees
