I've 3 pets that we listed with this particular organization. I'm moving-in a couple of months and can't consider them with me. I'll be switching them to a recovery team. I simply wished to remove the pets in the account so the new homeowners might enroll them when they need. I did so a "live-chat" with somebody in the organization plus they explained that I really couldnot simply remove the pets. I had a need to complete an application. They plan to cost the brand new homeowners $14.95 for this support (if ownership documents are incorporated, charge is likely to be waived). I never settled a charge after I first listed them-and I truly do not need somebody who is saving my animals to pay for one both. I'd these same animals authorized with another organization and all I'd to complete was sign in and remove your pet; no-questions asked.
