Don't go to this store for brushing
I got my puppy to get a grooming visit only at that petco store and obtained one of the most terrible support. Not just did they cost me significantly more than the things they cited about the telephone, they held stretching the quantity of time I'd to hold back for my puppy, initial from 3 hrs to 4 hrs subsequently to 5.5 hours. After I eventually stated that I required him to be achieved quickly, they said okay. When I picked him up, they charged mean additional $12 for "unique handling" and "dematting" simply because they stated he was providing them with difficulty. MY DOG IS 4 POUNDS!!! Despite talking n / the asst manager and general director, they nevertheless insisted on getting the additional costs. Their tone was really rude and unprofessional. The very first thing they stated whenever we strolled within the doorway was "he is never returning here again." Not just is my puppy little and safe, he is visited additional groomers previously and it has never had any problems. This type of person simply terrible and just after your cash. I have named corporate to document a criticism. Ideally something occurs.
