Not understanding this might take-me from the automated Paypal reimbursement time period limit, I stated that was okay. While nothing came I sent, called, reported to Paypal, all without any reaction. Delivered a registered delivery notice that has been delivered 'addressee gone away'. Believe we have all been completed.
