I just want to let you know that what is going on in your store in unacceptable. Managers are taking dog treats off of the dog bar that have bugs in them and placing them in wellness in the freezer that holds the dead animals. After leaving them in there for a couple days they are then taking the dog treats and putting them back onto the doggie bar. Someones dog is going to get sick! How can you say that animals come first when your managers are doing what ever they want. As a pet parent i will never buy anything off of the doggie bar. How is it that a manager is allowed to sell a hamster that was brought into petco (that was suppose to be put up for adoption) sold as snake food? The managers are giving this petco a bad name! You have managers going out to their cars and smoking weed, coming in still drunk from the night before, stealing, and yelling at customers. Someone needs to check into this before you have no customers left.
