If you value and love your pets, I do NOT recommend bringing them here. I am disgusted with them. It happened a few months back, when I had brought my little dog in there for a grooming, and when I brought her home, I noticed days later, that she had a cut on her back by her neck, because it had been irritating her. Well why wouldn't they have mentioned "oh by the way, we accidentally cut her while we were grooming her"?!?
So when I had gone back to this place to confront them, the daughter had admitted doing it saying "yes, we'll be more careful next time" thats it??? That's all she could say. There was no "well I apologize, and next time we'll groom her for free. Etc" nothing. Well I had told her "there won't be a next time! You should have told me the day this happened, that way I could have put neosporin on it or something to prevent an infection!"
There was in fact an infection, and I had taken her to the vet. Well antibiotics didn't work the first time, they did a biopsy because it hadn't cleared up. So I had been there a total of 4 times, and my vet bill was now $400..
Well today, I took my vet bills pack to this place to show them how much their mistake costed me and I wanted them to pay for all of this! Well the mother and daughter (business is run by a small family) were very rude to me. The daughter who had admitted it the first time I went back, lied to me now and said she had never said that to me in the first place!
And then they tried to blame it on my dog's sweater she had worn that day! (it was still winter at the time) They had said "well the sweater must have cut her" Can anyone tell me how a little cotton sweater can cut a dog? That's absolutely ridiculous! Well I had told them I was going to take them to small claims court and they both laughed in my face and said "you won't ever see a penny from us"..
I couldn't believe that was how they were treating one of their customers. I will NEVER go there again, and if you don't want to go through the same thing I did, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
