We took our 2 Shih Tzus to have groomed when we took them we said we wanted them to have a Puppy Cut and to be sure not to shave them. They called a few hours later and said that the 1 dog was pretty knotted and that they would have to work harder on him we again said Do Not Shave. When we went to pick up the dogs we did not even recognize them we asked where our dogs were they said thats them we asked what happened as they did not even look like Shih Tzus. We were told because thay were knotted. It was a day in Dec where we had gotten bad snow so we just wanted get home and the owner wasn't in so we just wanted to get home ourselves so we paid and wanted to get home. As they we were leaving we noticed the one collar was misssing they couldn't find it finally realized that they may how put it on another dog. They called the other customer to find out they gave my dogs collar to another customer they wanted the other customer to drive it back and the cutomer said no due to the snow so she would drop it off later whrn she had to go out I told them I was not driving back in the snow to get it since it was a 20 min or so drive back. One of the workers who had to come my area later that night agreed to get it when it was dropped off and meet me in my area when she was going by. We did get collar. On Sunday we left a message on their answering machine tell the owner how dicsatisified we were and to please call us. She called on Monday with an attitude and told us she did nothing wrong we explained how they no longer look like Shih Tzus and how the girl shaved them. WE had to go puchase sweaters for them to wear because the were constantly shivering. Them cut their ears all the way up which you never due to these types of dogs. We were trying to dicuss and tell here we wanted something done how we were not paying the full price and she hung up on us. We called and put a stop on the check. Today about 5 weeks later she called us and threatened us to have us arrested she left messages on three phone numbers with the threat. I called and told her I will pay her but not the full amount since i was dissatified she refused and said she would file charges on if I wasn't there by Friday. I am planning on going over to pay her but I wanted a complaint filed against her so that other people know what kind of establishment she operates. Customer be ware
