I boarded my 7 month-old dog at Close Friends Petcare in Fairfax from Friday day (July 17) through Sunday morning (July 19). I'd never boarded him there before and we were new customers. I acquired my dog, Simon, at roughly 4pm Sunday; one hour once they had exposed. I had been billed for 3 evenings of boarding despite the fact that Simon didn't keep Saturday evening.
