I named her 4/22/09 to inform her I required reimbursement asap, she stated she'd return $750 that evening and also the rest the week after Seiger. It was over fourteen days before. No reimbursement with no contact from her. Named her yesterday 4/6/09 and left two messages without any reaction. I really could say only good stuff about her despite the puppy had Parvo her response-time was excellent she decided to remain behind your dog and problem a reimbursement and that I believed she was trustworthy. However now, it's questionable that she doesn't return e-mails or telephone calls and it has not released the reimbursement that she assured nearly 6 months before.
