I've utilized this company for well over five years now. Never had a problem with them. Long story short: Order paid in full was well over three weeks late. Had to cancel the order. Never got my money back despite multiple attempts. If a refund is the problem, don't fear, your wasting your time, you will not get a response / or your funds returned to you.
The company is under new 'so called' management... What a shame for us reptile lovers.
What once used to be the greatest website in the world for live prey food has turned into a DEN of snakes!!!
