Rosetta Bailey took a deposit from me via PayPal for a kitten and stopped communicating with me. I have texted her, emailed her, and called her. I have filed a PayPal dispute. After further investigation I am seeing that she has several complaints against her. Mainly selling very sick kittens. I feel lucky that I did not actually take a kitten home from her as it would devastate my children to have a kitten die- which many of her past clients have complained about. I hope this message reaches anyone that is considering buying from her and please DO NOT put a deposit on your kitten as you may never here from Rosetta again- just like myself.
