Direct TV has the worst customer service i have EVER experienced. Not only was I on hold for over and hour, they refused to fix the mistake they made. I paid for a specific sports package, which never came in. I was told I would have NFL Sunday ticket as a free promotion, which never was given to me. When I brought this to their attention, they said the offer had expired and was no longer good (even though I was told I would have it for the remainder of the season, and only got this package for this deal) The rude manager on the phone refused to offer me anything in exchange and was exceptionally rude and did nothing to make me a happy customer. I would NEVER recommend direct tv.
