I am a Canadian who recently went "cross-border" shopping in Montana. After arriving home, I discovered that a set of dishes I bought at the Helena Shopko was missing a plate. I emailed Shopko customer service, and received great help. They responded quickly (and even responded again when I didn't reply right away!) and couriered a new plate directly to me. I understand that problems happen, but good customer service means handling those problems appropriately and taking care of the customer, and that is what Shopko did.
