DIRECTV is a joke! They charged my credit card almost three times what they were supposed to for the last three months. I realized when my card was declined. I called DIRECTV and was hung up on, transferred about 7 times (this took more than 3 hours) and finally told a supervisor could call me next week. It should be illegal to do what they do! I was told they were sorry but I could not be refunded because it was my responsibillity to notice and report any discrepency immediately. I want their box removed from my home and was told no, they won't come get it until October 18th when they put my account into collections for non payment and breaking my contract! I am calling the Attourney GGeneral and the BBB to make complaints asap!
