Signal Error 771 Keeps Returning After Technician Visits

Direct Tv sucks big time. I been calling them since august to fix my service of searching for satellite signal (771) i send technician out to my home fix it for 1 day or 2 and it stop working it's 3/5 and i still have a problem with them and then they wanna give me hell for it
