I bought my 16 month old daughter a pair of winter boots from walmart they were of the faded glory brand. Once I put them on her as soon as she stepped off of the carpet onto the hardwood floor she slipped and fell cracked her head open thats when I took another look at the boots and realised there is no non skid on the bottom now who would make boots for children that can walk without non skid or rubber on the bottom!
