They doubled my bill without my authorization then when I told them I had a contract with an estimated monthly bill amount they told me they hadn't charged me for months and that it was MY FAULT for not catching it sooner. Oh, and btw - that was after me trying to get through to customer service for an hour. Once I did... I had a teenager (Stephanie, ID# 385952) telling me sucks to be you... It's your responsibility to check your monthly statement. Wow! Never been so disappointed or upset in my life.
